Butter Sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the cajun seasoning by combining all spices in a small bowl.
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water, pat dry, and sprinkle with cajun seasoning, letting it rest.
- Melt butter in a large stockpot over medium/high heat, then add onion, garlic, salt, and sliced sausage, sautéing for 3-4 minutes.
- Deglaze the pot with white wine, then add beef broth, diced tomatoes, remaining cajun seasoning, ground coriander, and garlic powder.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- After simmering, increase heat and add half of the sliced lemon.
- Add potatoes and boil for 7 minutes, then add lobster tails and boil for 4 more minutes.
- Add corn and boil for another 5 minutes, then add shrimp and remaining sausage, boiling for 3 more minutes.
- Prepare the butter sauce by chopping parsley, melting butter, and mixing with lemon juice.
- Remove everything from the broth using a slotted spoon and place in a serving dish, then pour butter sauce over and toss.
