  2. Add spices, halved lemons, and bay leaves to the pot and mix well.
  3. Incorporate halved corn, red potatoes, and sausage into the pot, ensuring they are submerged.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
  5. Stir in the crawfish and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn bright red.
  6. Turn off the heat and let the crawfish soak for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
  7. Use a strainer to remove everything from the pot and drain excess water.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
