Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot, enough to cover the crawfish and vegetables.
- Add spices, halved lemons, and bay leaves to the pot and mix well.
- Incorporate halved corn, red potatoes, and sausage into the pot, ensuring they are submerged.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Stir in the crawfish and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn bright red.
- Turn off the heat and let the crawfish soak for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Use a strainer to remove everything from the pot and drain excess water.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
