Shrimp Cocktail

The cocktail sauce

ketchup

Heinz chili sauce

Worcestershire sauce

prepared horseradish

Instructions
- Use a 3-4 quart saucepan to cook the shrimp with Old Bay, pickling spice, and a half lemon squeezed into the water.
- Bring the water to a boil, then add the shrimp, making sure to keep the shells on.
- Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until firm.
- Drain the shrimp in a colander without using ice water to cool them.
- Chill the shrimp in an ice bath for 5-7 minutes, then peel and devein.
- Serve the shrimp on crushed ice with cocktail sauce and a lemon wedge.
- For the cocktail sauce, mix ketchup, chili sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and chill until needed.
