Instructions
- Steam the raw shrimp over boiling water until they turn pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
- Plunge the cooked shrimp into ice cold water to stop the cooking, then drain and peel, leaving the tails on.
- Combine all cocktail sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
- Arrange the shrimp on a serving plate, place the sauce in the center, and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
