Garlic Lime Shrimp

Ingredients

The shrimp

  • 2 lbs shrimp, shelled, deveined, with tail-on

The sauce

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry.
  2. Combine melted butter, garlic, lime juice, parsley, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add half of the butter-garlic-lime mixture to the shrimp and stir to coat.
  4. Preheat the grill and grill the shrimp for about 6 minutes until cooked through, brushing with the remaining butter mixture while grilling.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
