Grilled Shrimp with Cilantro Garlic Butter

The shrimp and marinade

The butter mixture

butter or ghee, melted

finely chopped cilantro

garlic, pressed or minced

Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers for a few hours to prevent burning on the grill.
- De-vein shrimp if desired.
- Skewer shrimp onto skewers and place in a shallow pan.
- Mix together avocado oil, lime juice, and salt in a small bowl, then pour over the shrimp.
- Let the shrimp marinate for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
- Mix butter, cilantro, and garlic together in a small bowl.
- Grill the shrimp skewers over medium/high heat for 2 minutes per side until they turn pink.
- Remove the shrimp skewers to a plate and immediately brush with the butter mixture.
- Serve immediately.
