Grilled Cilantro, Garlic & Lime Shrimp Kabobs

large shrimp, peeled and deveined
The shrimp marinade

garlic, minced

cilantro, diced

chili powder

juice of (about 1-2 tbsp)

coconut aminos
Instructions
- 1. Start the grill and prepare it for high heat.
- 2. Rinse the shrimp with cold water and set aside on a paper towel lined plate to dry.
- 3. In a medium bowl, combine garlic, cilantro, chili powder, and lime juice, mixing until a thick consistency is achieved.
- 4. Add enough coconut aminos to make a paste that can coat the shrimp.
- 5. Add the shrimp to the marinade and mix to coat.
- 6. Thread the shrimp onto kabobs and grill immediately or refrigerate to marinate for up to an hour.
- 7. Grill the shrimp for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked through, then remove and serve.
