Grilled Cilantro Lime Shrimp Kebabs

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and spray the grates with oil.
- In a medium bowl, season the shrimp with garlic, cumin, salt, and half of the cilantro.
- Thread the shrimp and folded lime slices onto 8 pairs of parallel skewers, alternating as you go.
- Grill the kebabs, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are opaque, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
- Top with the remaining cilantro and fresh squeezed lime juice before serving.
