Instructions
- Soak the bamboo skewers in water.
- Rinse the shrimp, pat them dry, and set aside.
- Mix together garlic, melted butter, salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl, reserving some for grilling.
- Combine the shrimp with the garlic butter mixture and thread three shrimp onto each skewer.
- Grill the shrimp, brushing with the reserved garlic butter mixture on both sides while cooking.
- Serve immediately.
