Shrimp Kabobs

The marinade

The kabobs

shrimp, peeled and deveined

red bell pepper
cut into ¾ inch pieces

yellow bell pepper
cut into ¾ inch pieces

cut into ¾ inch pieces
Instructions
- Combine all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until mixed.
- Add the shrimp and vegetables to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
- Thread the shrimp, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately.
