Shrimp Kabobs

large shrimp, peeled and deveined

pineapple chunks

red bell pepper
cut into 1 inch pieces

Instructions
- Combine all the jerk seasoning spices and store for later use.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium high.
- Thread the shrimp, pineapple, and red pepper onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle jerk seasoning generously on both sides.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
- For broiling, place skewers on a baking sheet and broil for 3-4 minutes per side.
