Instructions
- Soak the skewers in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Heat the grill to medium-high or lightly oil a grill pan.
- In a bowl, combine thyme, garlic, jerk seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, hot sauce, and soy sauce.
- Season the shrimp with salt and marinate them in the jerk mixture.
- Rub some marinade on the vegetables and season with salt.
- Thread the shrimp and vegetables onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Serve warm with salad, rice, or creamy orzo.
