Ingredients

The shrimp

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

The seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

The cooking oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the shrimp and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the bowl and toss to coat the shrimp.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and start to curl.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and serve as desired.
