Instructions
- Combine paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, coat the shrimp with the spice mixture and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp in a single layer and sauté for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Serve with freshly squeezed lemon juice from the lemon wedges.
