Instructions
- 1. Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper and set aside.
- 2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until light brown.
- 3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- 4. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, cooking until the shrimp is done.
- 5. Stir in the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
