Ingredients

The shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp, shelled and tail-on

The seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper and set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until light brown.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, cooking until the shrimp is done.
  5. 5. Stir in the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
