The lemon butter glaze

Instructions
- Prepare the lemon butter glaze by combining butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a saucepan over medium-high heat until the zest dissolves.
- For breaded shrimp, ensure shrimp are dry, coat with buttermilk, then dredge in a mixture of fish fry breading, paprika, lemon pepper, and salt.
- Air fry the breaded shrimp at 400°F for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until crisp.
- Alternatively, bake the breaded shrimp on parchment paper at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- For non-breaded shrimp, season shrimp with lemon pepper, paprika, and salt.
- Pan sear the seasoned shrimp in oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- You can also air fry the seasoned shrimp at 400°F for 7-10 minutes or bake at 400°F for 4-6 minutes until cooked through.
- Top the cooked shrimp with the lemon butter glaze before serving.
