Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
- Pat the shrimp dry and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Bread the shrimp by dipping them in the egg and then coating with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated shrimp on the baking sheet and drizzle or spray with olive oil.
- Bake for about 13 to 14 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through and golden brown.
