Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉/177℃.
- Microwave butter, chicken stock, garlic, and Creole seasoning until the butter melts, then add lemon juice.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix with the butter mixture.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish or skillet.
- Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and melted butter, then spread over the shrimp.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until the crumbs are slightly browned.
- Garnish with lemon and parsley, then serve immediately.
