Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- In a medium bowl, combine Panko, Parmesan, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a dipping station with bowls for shrimp, egg whites, and breading.
- Dip each shrimp in the egg whites, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture and place on the baking sheet.
- Spray the shrimp with cooking spray to help them brown.
- Bake for 3 minutes, flip the shrimp, and bake for another 3 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm with garnishes and your choice of dipping sauce.
