Parmesan Baked Popcorn Shrimp

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C). Rinse and dry the shrimp.
- Spread the panko on a baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes until light brown.
- Mix the baked panko with Parmesan and salt, then drizzle with oil.
- Prepare separate dishes for flour and beaten egg.
- Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a wire rack on a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Coat the shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the panko mixture.
- Place the coated shrimp on the rack and bake for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and bake for another 3 minutes.
- Serve the popcorn shrimp with ketchup.
