Instructions
- Heat ⅓ cup of vegetable oil in a 2-gallon pot over medium heat.
- Measure 1 cup of popcorn kernels, grate ⅓ cup of Parmesan cheese, and chop 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary.
- Test the oil by adding a kernel; if it pops, add all the popcorn and cover.
- Once popping starts, quickly add the rosemary and cover again for 5 minutes until popping slows.
- Remove from heat and add Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss and serve immediately.
