Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large metal stockpot over medium-high heat.
- Add a few popcorn kernels to the pot and cover it.
- Once the kernels pop, add the rest of the popcorn in a single layer and cover the pot.
- Shake the pot to coat the kernels with oil.
- Shake the pot every 15 seconds as the popcorn pops to prevent burning.
- When popping slows, pour the popcorn into a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and salt, then toss to combine.
- For better coating, transfer popcorn and toppings to a large container and shake well.
