Popcorn Shrimp

Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder in a medium bowl.
- Pat the shrimp dry and toss with ¼ cup of the flour mixture until coated.
- Heat oil in a large deep pot to 375°F.
- Whisk together the egg and milk in a small bowl.
- Dip each shrimp into the milk mixture, then dredge in the remaining seasoned flour.
- Fry 8-10 shrimp at a time for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove shrimp from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
