Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- In a second dish, whisk the eggs until well blended.
- Pour the panko into a third shallow dish.
- Preheat the vegetable oil in a large pot to 350°F.
- Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat in panko, pressing to adhere.
- Fry the shrimp in batches for about 1 to 2 minutes until cooked through, maintaining the oil temperature.
- Remove the shrimp and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
- Serve garnished with parsley, lemon wedges, and your favorite dipping sauce.
