Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip each shrimp into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. For air frying, place the shrimp in the air fryer, spray with cooking oil, and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  5. Top the shrimp with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella, then air fry for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. For baking, preheat the oven to 400°F, spread marinara sauce in a baking dish, place the breaded shrimp on top, spray with cooking oil, and bake for 7 minutes.
  7. Flip the shrimp, add mozzarella, and bake until the cheese is melted and shrimp is cooked through.
