Easy Shrimp Parmesan

Instructions
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each shrimp into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- For air frying, place the shrimp in the air fryer, spray with cooking oil, and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Top the shrimp with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella, then air fry for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
- For baking, preheat the oven to 400°F, spread marinara sauce in a baking dish, place the breaded shrimp on top, spray with cooking oil, and bake for 7 minutes.
- Flip the shrimp, add mozzarella, and bake until the cheese is melted and shrimp is cooked through.
