Instructions
- Prepare the air fryer basket by spraying it with cooking oil.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and panko bread crumbs in separate bowls. Add paprika, salt, and pepper to the flour.
- Dip each shrimp in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.
- Place the breaded shrimp in the air fryer basket and spray them with cooking oil.
- Cook the shrimp for 6 minutes at 400°F, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes for a saucy finish or toss in Buffalo sauce before cooking for another 2 minutes.
- For baked shrimp, preheat the oven to 400°F, place the breaded shrimp on a sheet pan, spray with cooking oil, and bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp.
- For pan-seared shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, heat olive oil in a skillet, and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until no longer pink. Drizzle with Buffalo sauce before serving.
