Instructions

  1. Prepare the air fryer basket by spraying it with cooking oil.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and panko bread crumbs in separate bowls. Add paprika, salt, and pepper to the flour.
  3. Dip each shrimp in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.
  4. Place the breaded shrimp in the air fryer basket and spray them with cooking oil.
  5. Cook the shrimp for 6 minutes at 400°F, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes for a saucy finish or toss in Buffalo sauce before cooking for another 2 minutes.
  6. For baked shrimp, preheat the oven to 400°F, place the breaded shrimp on a sheet pan, spray with cooking oil, and bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp.
  7. For pan-seared shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, heat olive oil in a skillet, and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until no longer pink. Drizzle with Buffalo sauce before serving.
