Ingredients

The shrimp

Bang Bang Sauce

  • cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. Season the shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set up a station with three bowls for flour, egg whites, and panko bread crumbs.
  4. Dip each shrimp in flour, then egg whites, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.
  5. Spray the shrimp with cooking oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until crispy.
  7. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Sriracha, and sweet chili sauce to make the Bang Bang sauce.
