Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Season the shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a station with three bowls for flour, egg whites, and panko bread crumbs.
- Dip each shrimp in flour, then egg whites, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.
- Spray the shrimp with cooking oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4 minutes, then flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until crispy.
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Sriracha, and sweet chili sauce to make the Bang Bang sauce.
