Air Fryer Shrimp

Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the shrimp, then marinate with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
- Mix panko crumbs, cheese, and salt in one bowl, and whisk the eggs in another bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
- Dredge each shrimp in the egg wash, then coat with the panko mixture, repeating the process for a second layer.
- Drizzle olive oil in the air fryer and arrange the shrimp without touching each other.
- Air fry the shrimp for 2 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with lemon, marinara sauce, or on a salad.
