Ingredients

The shrimp

  • 1 pound medium shrimp, raw, peeled, and deveined

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 whole lemon, halved

Instructions

  1. Dry the defrosted shrimp on a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, oil, garlic powder, and sea salt, then toss to combine.
  3. Place the shrimp in the basket of the air fryer.
  4. Cook at 400°F for 5 to 6 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  5. Transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving plate and squeeze lemon over them before serving.
