Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Combine panko and plain breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each shrimp in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded shrimp on a plate and repeat until all shrimp are coated.
- Spray both sides of the shrimp with cooking spray.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 6 minutes, flipping the shrimp halfway through until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with cocktail or remoulade sauce, garnished with lemon and parsley if desired.
