8-Minute Air Fryer Shrimp

Ingredients

The shrimp

  • 1 pound shrimp (large or extra large)

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Optional

  • as needed spray cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the shrimp with a paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice, then add the seasonings and mix well.
  3. Toss the shrimp in the seasoning mix until coated.
  4. Air fry the shrimp at 200C/400F for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
