Air Fryer Fried Shrimp Sandwich

The tartar sauce

reduced fat sour cream

light mayonnaise

finely chopped dill pickles

fresh chopped dill

Instructions
- Prepare the tartar sauce by combining all the sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Beat the egg in a bowl and combine panko and breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- Dredge each shrimp in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture and place on a plate.
- Spray the top of the shrimp with olive oil, then place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the other side with oil and air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes.
- Shake the basket and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat the cooking process with the remaining shrimp.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing shrimp on each bun, topping with lettuce and tartar sauce.
