Popcorn Shrimp in the Air Fryer

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with neutral spray oil.
- Add the frozen popcorn shrimp to the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 3 minutes, then shake the basket to toss and flip the shrimp.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Optionally, while the shrimp is cooking, prepare the tartar sauce by mixing mayonnaise, pickles, lemon juice, capers, dill, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Check the shrimp for doneness; if desired, cook for 1 to 2 minutes more for extra crispiness.
- Carefully transfer the shrimp to a serving bowl or plate and serve immediately with tartar sauce or other dipping sauce.
