Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil and butter.
- 2. Sauté the minced garlic until aromatic.
- 3. Add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
- 4. Pour in the chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, mirin (if using), cayenne pepper, and salt.
- 5. Once the sauce bubbles, add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
- 6. Turn off the heat and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- 7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
