Creamy Parmesan Shrimp Linguine

Instructions
- Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, add shrimp, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until opaque and cooked through, then transfer shrimp to foil to keep warm.
- Return the skillet to medium heat, melt the remaining butter, and sauté garlic until slightly golden.
- Add water, half and half, linguine, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Boil while stirring frequently until noodles are cooked, about 10 minutes, ensuring some excess liquid remains for the sauce.
- Remove from heat, stir in parmesan until melted, and thin with more half and half if needed.
- Toss in shrimp and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
