Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large cast iron skillet, heat the butter or oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and sauté for 1 ½ to 2 minutes per side, until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp.
