Refrigerator Pickles

The brine

water

white wine vinegar

kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine water and vinegar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat, add salt, and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Place dill, garlic, and cucumber slices in a 1-quart jar.
- Pour the cooled liquid into the jar, seal it, and refrigerate for at least three days.
