Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the Instant Pot.
- Cook on Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes.
- Allow steam to release naturally for 10 minutes.
- Serve in mugs and garnish with whipped cream, cinnamon or nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick.
