Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a pot for the ravioli and cook according to package instructions.
- 2. Reserve ¼ cup of the cooking water, then drain the ravioli.
- 3. While the ravioli cooks, mince the garlic and chop the walnuts.
- 4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until foamy.
- 5. Add minced garlic and chopped walnuts to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
- 6. Remove from heat and stir in dried sage.
- 7. Add spinach and reserved cooking water to the skillet, return to low heat, and stir until spinach wilts.
- 8. Toss the cooked ravioli in the skillet with the sauce to coat.
- 9. Serve with grated Parmesan and freshly cracked pepper on top.
