Ravioli with Lemon Basil Butter

Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of water with a pinch of salt and cook the ravioli according to package instructions, then drain.
- 2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- 3. Add the minced shallot and cook until tender, about 2 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped basil, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- 5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Combine the cooked ravioli in a serving bowl and pour the lemon basil butter sauce over it, stirring gently.
- 7. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and extra basil if desired, then serve immediately.
