Lobster Ravioli Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of salted water for the ravioli.
- 2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add shallot and sauté until translucent.
- 3. Add garlic and pepper, sauté for one more minute without burning the garlic.
- 4. Cook the ravioli in the boiling salted water.
- 5. Pour in the heavy cream and salt, bring to a simmer, then reduce heat.
- 6. Simmer for about two minutes, then add hot pasta water and stir well.
- 7. Arrange the ravioli in a bowl, pour sauce on top, and garnish with parsley.
- 8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
