Instructions
- Soak the cabbage in boiling water for one minute, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté the onions until soft.
- Add flour to the onions and stir, then gradually add the vegetable stock or water while whisking.
- Once simmering, add the cabbage, carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, vinegar, and sugar.
- Simmer the soup for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the cream and simmer for an additional five minutes.
- Add chopped dill, taste, and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
