Citrus Summer Sangria

fresh pineapple juice

white wine

coconut rum

lime flavored soda water

Instructions
- Chop the pineapple and slice the oranges and limes.
- Combine the chopped fruit in a large pitcher and add the white wine, pineapple juice, coconut rum, and soda water.
- Stir the mixture well and place the pitcher in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably 4 to 6 hours.
- Before serving, stir in the torn mint leaves, serve over ice, and enjoy!
