Instructions
- Rinse the lentils in a medium pot until the water runs clear and drain well.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the pot with salt, turmeric, coconut milk, and water.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a gentle boil without the lid for about 20 minutes.
- Once most of the liquid is absorbed, turn off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
