Instructions
- Cook the quinoa according to package instructions and fluff it with a fork.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and romaine lettuce.
- Add the cooked quinoa to the bowl and toss everything together.
- Incorporate the diced avocado, lime juice, salt, and pepper, then toss again.
- Drizzle your desired dressing over the salad and mix until well coated.
