Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek plain or vanilla yogurt
  • ¾ cup frozen peaches
  • ¼ cup frozen banana slices
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch ground ginger
  • a few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and add more honey if desired.
  4. If a thicker consistency is preferred, blend in a few ice cubes.
  5. Enjoy!
