Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce

Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a saucepan, adding the water last.
- Start with 1 cup of water, whisking in more until the desired consistency is reached.
- Bring to a gentle boil at medium-high heat while whisking continuously.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Taste and adjust sweetener or cayenne pepper as desired.
- If the sauce is too thick, add additional water a tablespoon at a time.
- Bottle and store in the refrigerator.
