Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for 4-8 hours and discard the soaking water.
- Blend soaked cashews and water in a Vitamix until creamy.
- Add raspberries, peaches, agave nectar (or honey), and vanilla extract to the blender and blend until smooth.
- If desired, blend in ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
- Serve the smoothie in tall glasses.
