Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa

Instructions
- 1. Heat a charcoal grill to about 400 degrees.
- 2. Grill the vegetables until blackened on all sides, about 10 to 15 minutes per side.
- 3. Transfer the grilled vegetables to a blender or food processor and pulse for a chunky consistency or blend longer for a purée.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a salsa bowl and add cumin, oregano, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Stir everything together and enjoy.
