Chicken Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 ounces each)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen peas and carrots or frozen mixed vegetables
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • as needed cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, cheese, frozen veggies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix everything together until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through, then sprinkle with parsley and serve.
